As a Body Corporate Manager, we are engaged by a Body Corporate to supply services that include secretarial, financial, and administrative responsibilities, details of which are stated in the attached copy of the “Administration Agreement- Engagement of a Body Corporate Manager” for your consideration.
We understand that your property is your long-term investment and requires special care to ensure the building is maintained to a high standard, thus protecting your investment. We can personally carry out inspections; liaise with Committee members and Owners to allow for efficient implementation of necessary work, and also to budget for any current or future expenditure that may be required.
The Body Corporate Division is headed by Amanda Field, and assisted by Rachel Bakvis, Andrew Patterson, and Trish Soutar as well as John Gribbin, who have a total of over thirty year’s combined experience within the industry. Amanda, Rachel, Andrew, Trish and John Gribbin are all members of the CTIQ. John Gribbin Realty is affiliated with the Community Titles Institute Queensland (CTIQ), ensuring our division is well informed of any changes in legislation, as well as providing industry training in Body Corporate Management. John Gribbin also facilitates ongoing training and education through CTIQ and TAFE Queensland.
