Sibby considers himself a local having lived in Townsville since 2000 moving to the city from the Burdekin. He has always had a keen interest in real estate, particularly in the local market.
Starting in real estate in 2003 following a successful career across multiple industries, Sibby prides himself on having a comprehensive understanding of his product. During his time in the industry Sibby has been involved in many aspects of the Real Estate Industry with excellent sales results in residential homes and units, project marketing and land. By being involved in all aspects of the industry Sibby has acquired a wealth of knowledge developing a strong understanding of his product and an up to date knowledge of the local market. Working through these processes and by being presented with a variety of different scenarios Sibby has gained the negotiating skills necessary to achieve the best possible price for his clients. Understanding that every client’s situation is different, he spends time to build a rapport with all his clients to understand the best options and ensure that the buying or selling process is as smooth as possible.
